Hospice Bowlathon 2007

Of all the community events that the employees of Shulman, Rogers, Gandal, Pordy & Ecker participate in, the Annual Halloween Bowl-A-Thon to benefit Hospice Caring, Inc. is a long-standing favorite. This year marks the 10th year that attorneys, legal assistants and administrative staff have joined forces to fundraise for Hospice Caring, gathering per pin and flat rate pledges from co-workers, family and friends in an effort to support the only volunteer hospice organization in Montgomery County. Since it's founding in 1989, Hospice Caring has provided all services free of charge, and relies solely on charitable contributions from the community.
"We are committed to serving the best interests of our community" says David Pordy, managing shareholder of Shulman Rogers, quoting from the Firm's Core Values. "It is our profound pleasure to participate in this annual fundraising event and do our part to support individuals and families dealing with terminal illness."
