Commercial Litigation Attorney:
Lateral commercial litigation senior associate with 5+ years of experience and at least some 1st or 2nd chair trial experience to join the firm's high profile litigation group. The ideal candidate will have some real estate transactional experience, some familiarity with construction and litigation, and experience with complex settlement negotiation and drafting. Excellent practice building and partnership opportunities. VA Bar required and able to take MD attorney exam.
Corporate/Securities Associate

We are seeking two attorneys, at least one of which must have experience in securities transactions (e.g., such as IPO's, PIPES, Reverse Mergers, private placements, 144As) and securities regulatory compliance (e.g., Form 10-Ks, 8-Ks, 10-Qs, proxy statements, SOX).
Real Estate Associate
We are expanding! Shulman, Rogers, Gandal, Pordy & Ecker, P.A., suburban Maryland's largest law firm, has created the following new position due to growth. We are seeking an associate to join our Real Estate Department with a national scope practice. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in residential and commercial real estate contracts and transactions. Experience must include residential builder/development background and involve more than residential settlement work. A working understanding of local residential land entitlement process and title issues a clear plus. Excellent long term career opportunity with partnership potential for associate with superior academic credentials, outstanding legal ability and strong drafting skills.
