Patrick J. Howley is a shareholder in the Firm's Trusts and Estates Department and chairs the Exempt Organization Practice Group. His practice focuses on estate planning, estate and gift taxation and administration of estates and trusts. He also has experience with fiduciary litigation.
Prior to joining Shulman Rogers, Mr. Howley was a member of a Washington, D.C. firm with a practice focused entirely on estate planning and probate.
