Mr. Froehlich concentrates his practice in the areas of employment, contract and general business and commercial law. He is Vice-Chairman of the Firm's Employment Law Practice Group. Mr. Froehlich represents and advises clients in all areas of employment law, including, employment policies and practices, wages and hours, discrimination, hiring and termination, COBRA, WARN and other benefit matters, and employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions. He provides management training in various employment-related areas, including, interviewing, hiring and termination, dealing with problem employees, discrimination and harassment, and protection of proprietary rights. Mr. Froehlich is a frequent speaker and author on employment law topics.
