Ms. Campbell is an associate in the commercial litigation department at Shulman, Rogers. Her practice focuses primarily on the representation of management in all phases of labor and employment law, including equal employment litigation, labor negotiations and arbitration, the protection of confidential and proprietary business information, executive compensation and enforcement of restrictive covenants. Ms. Campbell also litigates disputes involving complex commercial matters.
In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Campbell counsels clients on the best options for avoiding litigation. She writes employment agreements, employee handbooks and regularly counsels employers concerning workplace harassment issues and training programs, performance management, reduction in force, collective bargaining and other aspects of the employment relationship.
