Elizabeth Passyn is an associate in the Real Estate Department. Her practice primarily focuses on Land Use and Zoning.
Ms. Passyn is a graduate of the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. During law school, she received numerous awards and scholarships, including the Dean's Leadership Award and the Honorable Kathryn J. DuFour Scholarship.
Before law school, Ms. Passyn was a Project Coordinator for a regional real estate development and construction firm, where her responsibilities included managing government approvals, monitoring design professionals (engineers, surveyors, planners, etc.) for progress and submittals to approving agencies, and coordinating the development of construction documents presented to local government officials.
