Ms. Sydnor is an associate in the commercial litigation department at Shulman Rogers.  Her practice includes a broad range of commercial and employment-related matters in state and federal courts.  Prior to joining Shulman Rogers, Ms. Sydnor worked at a large Virginia-based firm where her practice included the litigation of a wide array of commercial disputes involving complex business, employment, real estate, land use and local government issues.  Ms. Sydnor is a former law clerk of the Honorable Leroy R. Hassell, Sr., now Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia.  She has practiced frequently before that Court, most recently procuring a dismissal for a utility service provider in an unpublished order adopting legal conclusions asserted during oral argument.
